Kylie, Lead Groomer
Kylie is one of our certified Reber Ranch Groomers and has been in the grooming industry since 2010. Kylie was raised in Bonney Lake and now resides in Milton with her furry friends, a corgi mix named Mandy "Manners" and one cat named Kiki. Her childhood/high school years were spent engaging in many activities, including softball, martial arts, dance (hip-hop and ballet), and chorus. She has one sister and five nieces and nephews whom she adores. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and listening to music.
While she is new to bathing at Pet Central, Mikenna has many years of experience as a pet owner and dog handler under her belt. When she was 10 she got her very own dog, a Cairn Terrier named Mona who sparked her love for canines. She currently resides with her Havanese X named Claire and two Akita/Cattle dog mixes named Nahla and Kai. When she isn't spending time with the animals in her life, you can find her tending to her indoor jungle, thrift shopping or watching The Chase.
Sarah has been grooming for since 2017, and started her career as a bather in 2013 . She has one dog, and a love for reptiles and all things creepy crawly.
Jennifer has 4 years of retail experience and has been at with Reber Ranch since September of 2018 and is now on the Pet Central Team. She has had pet many animal companions growing up including cats, dogs and a gecko. She is looking to add a new 4 legged friend to the family very soon. Her other hobbies include cooking, crafts, and hanging out with her nieces.
Nicole is a 3rd generation Reber. Her Grandparents started Reber Ranch in 1984. She works as a customer service representative in our retail store and has been working at Reber Ranch since 2016. She doesn’t have any pets of her own, but frequently babysits her parent’s dogs, Gizmo and Buddy. In her spare time Nicole enjoys hanging out with friends and spending time with her family.
Sophie has been working in the pet industry since 2011 and has experience with dogs, cats, and a wide array of exotics. Sophie recently moved up to Washington and joined the Reber Ranch family and is now a manager at Pet Central. She currently has three dogs; Gunter the Great Dane, Rue the German Shepherd, and General Grumble the Miniature Schnauzer.
Wendy started at Reber Ranch in October of 2016 and is now the Store Manager at Pet Central She has worked several retail and enjoys meeting your pets in the store each day.
When not at work she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She loves to go to her families cabin and spends as much time there as she can. She has a full house that includes her dog, cats, four chickens and a hedgehog.
Curtis is our Pet Services Manager, overseeing our Veterinary Hospital and Grooming Salon. He has been in the pet service industry since 2011 and has a passion for providing outstanding care to animals and building strong relationships with their owners. He grew up in Tacoma and has had pets since he was young – at times perhaps a few too many. He made his way into the veterinary field after adopting his terrier mutt, Beans, who inspired him to make a difference in the lives of pets. He, his wife Josie, and his son Greyson share their home in Bonney Lake with their three small dogs Beans, Remi, and Chloe. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing playing World of Warcraft (For the Horde!). He has a special affinity small dogs and has been dubbed the ‘Chihuahua whisperer’ by his staff – which he takes as a compliment.
Dr. Cory Erb is one of our newest doctors and is excited to be a part of the Reber Ranch family. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in May of 2020. Cory is originally from northern Arizona, where he met his wife, Sharlie. Together, they have 4 children and an energetic labradoodle named Harper. Outside of work, Cory loves spending time with his family playing, traveling, and camping.
Cory has always had a passion for the wellbeing of both people and pets. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with a minor in business management) in 2012, and in 2015 developed a concept for a new veterinary business model to improve the quality of life for both veterinary staff, pets, and pet owners. In 2018 he won 3rd place in the national VetPrep Idea Competition, and is currently developing a software system to execute this vision.
Dr. April Gardner hails from the east coast. She grew up in northern Virginia before heading to New York City as an undergraduate. She earned a B.S. in Biology with honors from St. John’s University in 2016. She then moved back to Virginia and graduated with both a Master of Public Health (MPH) and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2020 from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, VA.
Looking for an adventure, Dr. Gardner moved to Washington immediately following graduation. She loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, camping, and rock climbing. She also enjoys cooking and yoga. She is excited to explore the pacific northwest and welcomes any and all recommendations!
Dr. Gardner enjoys working with both dogs and cats. She has special interests in behavior, Fear Free, preventative care, internal medicine, and surgery. Dr. Gardner understands that pets are more than just animals - they’re a part of the family. The best part of her job is fostering the human-animal bond through client education and treating each patient as she would treat her own pet.
Monica has been a certified veterinary assistant since 2015. She started her career at an emergency clinic and then moved into daytime practice. She has always had a passion for animals and knew this is the field she belonged in. She loves to educate clients and share some laughs along the way. In her spare time she likes to play on darts, cuddle with her dog, and spend time with her friends.
