Pet Central’s Covid-19 Response

A Letter to Our Reber Ranch Community

Pet Central is doing our part to help protect our community, customers and staff from the spread of the coronavirus, while providing compassionate care, supplies and food needed for your pets. As an essential business, Pet Central will continue to remain open every day. Our team is committed to keeping the store clean for you and your pets. We have additional sanitation products, including hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray and are dedicated to cleaning high traffic areas thoroughly. We are practicing social distancing with each other and our customers, and ask that out customers do the same. Masks are required per the state mandate. We offer complimentary masks to those that need one.

Retail Update

We are now offering in-store or carside pick up and delivery to minimize face to face interactions between customers and employees and keep everyone safe and healthy. Visit shop.reberranch.com to shop our store from the comfort of your home.

You can also call us at (253) 277-7000 if you need further assistance or to place orders for warehouse products.

We are continuing to keep our competitive prices, so our customers can shop local and not break the bank. We are stocked and ready to serve your pets with a full inventory.

Grooming Salon Update:

Our Grooming Salon has reopened and our groomers are working hard to catch up on overdue pet appointments. Please give us a call to get on the schedule! Clients have the option of Carside check-in and pick-up for their appointments. We can not allow walk-in services at this time, so please give us a call if you’re hoping to get in for nail trimming or grinding - we are scheduling nail trims by appointment only.  Please remember we do require proof of a current rabies vaccination for this service and for the time being we will not be able to work with aggressive pets or those who require more than one handler.

Since this situation is consistently evolving, there may be future changes.
